LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) technology is an injection molding process used for processing high-purity, highly elastic silicone rubber materials. It is widely applied in fields such as medical devices, baby products, automotive seals, electronic waterproof components, and kitchenware. LSR materials are liquid at room temperature and rapidly crosslink and cure when heated in a mold, forming elastomeric products with excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, electrical insulation, and biocompatibility. The production process is highly automated, enabling flash-free, high-precision molding, and is well-suited for high-volume manufacturing.
